You can access your e-mail using our web interface or using a mail client such as Outlook or Outlook Express. Your e-mail address is case insensitive and has been assigned to you by MDK, Inc.
Webmail Interface: https://webmail.mdkinc.com. Login with your username and password as supplied by MDK, Inc. Enter ONLY your user name, do not enter the @ or your domain.
Password Change: If you want to change your password, you can change it from the Settings / Password section in
https://webmail.mdkinc.com.
Out of Office Messages: You can setup an out of office message from the Settings / Vacation section in
https://webmail.mdkinc.com.
Spam Filtering: You can manage your account using the link in the upper left of
https://webmail.mdkinc.com. Your login is the same as your e-mail login. Your password is separate from your e-mail password. If you do not have a password, you can request one by e-mailing

POP3 Server: pop.mdkinc.com
IMAP Server: imap.mdkinc.com
SMTP Server: smtp.mdkinc.com (no authentication needed, however, our servers verify your ability to send mail based on your authentication to pick up mail using POP. Your software MUST pick up mail before sending. Some programs have this option under the SMTP authentication section.) Some ISPs block port 25. You can also use the alternate ports 2025 or 5025.

iOS Users: If you get an error that the IMAP certificate is not trusted, open a web browser and go to http://www.cacert.org/certs/root.crt
You will be prompted to install the root certificate for CA Cert. Follow the prompts to install it.
